Design for Manufacturability
Customers can rely on the professionals at Swiss Pro CNC to leverage their engineering experience to look for cost savings and avenues of improvement during the design and prototyping process. We keep a keen eye on potential challenges which may be present in the initial product design including material types, tolerances and geometries. By constantly aiming to optimize these factors, we are able to reduce manufacturing costs and increase manufacturing efficiency.

Digital planning for manufacturing success
Swiss Pro CNC’s engineering support begins with our use of computer aided design/manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software to analyze your product designs and concepts. We leverage Partmaker which allows us to simulate the production of your components in a digital environment. With Partmaker we can define the parameters associated with making a part such as tooling information, cycle time, materials and cutting paths. This is especially useful for parts with complicated geometries because it allows us to save you time and material costs as we prototype your designs. We are able to optimize production before we actually start machining.

Quality and expertise from process to production
At Swiss Pro CNC, we have the technical knowledge and experience necessary to optimize production of your components. While CAD/CAM software allows us to build a solid working process, we also have the proven technical ability to quickly address issues and fine tune the process on the machine for manufacturing success. To ensure precision component quality, we leverage tried and true tools of the trade such as micrometers and microscopes, along with optical comparators, pin gauges, thread gauges, and drop indicators to ensure all parts meet your requirements.
